PR & Marketing Officer

Our client, a Japanese restaurant, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & PR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about brand storytelling, customer engagement, and cross-cultural communication

Location: Kwun Tong

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: negotiable

Responsibilities

A) Marketing

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for in-store dining and merchandise
• Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility
• Design and oversee store displays and novelty items
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys and reviews
• Draft responses to customer inquiries and complaints

B) Public Relations

• Coordinate media outreach and facilitate interviews with Hong Kong press
• Translate press releases and product descriptions
• Collaborate with global PR teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Support ad hoc PR initiatives as needed

Requirements

Language Proficiency

• Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Native Cantonese with business-level English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Marketing & Public Relations experience
• Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
• Chinese typing is a MUST
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, cheerful, and courteous demeanor
• Strong ability to work independently and manage pressure
