About company: Our client is a securities firm that provides brokerage, trading, and financial services

Location: Sheung Wan

Salary: negotiable

Working hours: 5 days, 8:45am 5:45pm (Mon Fri)

Responsibilities

1) Admin

  • Handle general office administration (mail sorting, stationery, filing, messenger duties)
  • Arrange travel, housing, bank/mobile accounts, and vendor coordination for expatriates
  • Manage consumables, office supplies, and lunch/meeting arrangements

2) HR

  • Manage attendance, employee hiring/termination procedures, and contract renewals
  • Handle payroll tax filings and expatriate tax arrangements
  • Oversee employee benefits, insurance renewals, and ORSO arrangements
  • Track CPT deadlines and manage SFC license compliance

3) Secretarial

  • Liaise with company secretary and prepare board meeting minutes
  • Handle Companies Ordinance filings (BR) and regulatory submissions (annual reports, etc.)
  • Support management with documentation and compliance tasks

Requirements

  • Work experience in HR, administration, or secretarial functions (Japanese company experience preferred)
  • Native Cantonese, fluent English, and Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented, and able to work with a Japanese company mindset
  • Long term, stable career orientation
