Job Title: Product Development Officer (work in Shenzhen)

About the Company
Our Client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of equipment and chemicals for metal surface treatment (plating). They are seeking a Product Development Officer to join their team in Shenzhen.

Work Location: Shenzhen, China

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM 

Salary: up to CNY 40K/M

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of plating chemicals and related technologies

• Enhance and improve surface treatment processes to meet customer and industry requirements

• Provide technical expertise and support to production teams and customers

• Prepare reports and documentation for development projects

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in plating development is a MUST, OR PhD qualification in Chemistry (Inorganic/Organic)

• Higher diploma, associate degree, or above in a relevant discipline

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Japanese

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and continuous learning mindset
