Position: CS Assistant 

Job Description


・Perform remittance support, email & live chat support (no need phone call) 

・Support Japanese clients account opening (KYC)

・Use the internal system to carry out the deposit/withdrawal process"


Requirement

・Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above

・Proficient in MS Office

・Fluent in Japanese (N1), English & Chinese

・Familiar with Business Japanese (especially reading & writing)

・Experience in using Business Japanese at work preferred

・Experience in working in Japanese company is an advantage

・Detail-minded, mature with positive working attitude and willing to learn

・Good team player, self-motivated and can work independently

・FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officers)

Benefits

・5-days work, 0900-1800

・10-days AL in 1st year, +1 day next year, max 14 days for employees less than 5-years continuous services

For employees with more than 5 years of continuous services, AL will be increased to 17 days

・salary 16k - 20k, depends on experience
