Company Introduction

Our client is a Japanese‑owned company specializing in apparel and fashion merchandising, with a strong focus on supporting store operations and headquarters functions in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Manage international logistics processes, including transport schedules, customs clearance, and cost reduction proposals
  • Coordinate domestic logistics with local warehouses and delivery partners, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound operations
  • Visualize and manage inventory data, conduct product quality checks, and oversee ordering based on product lifecycle
  • Prepare supply plans, analyze product trends, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports to support decision-making
  • Provide interpretation and translation in Japanese, Cantonese, and Mandarin for meetings, negotiations, and internal communication
  • Support ad-hoc projects, research, and special assignments from management

Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1), Cantonese, and Mandarin (capable of interpretation/translation)
  • Experience working in a Japanese trading/logistics company, with exposure to Hong Kong local delivery operations, is preferred
  • Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Solid skills in data aggregation, analysis, and reporting
