Assistant Accounting Manager (Internal Control Team)

Our client is a reputable distributor and manufacturer in the pharmaceutical and supplement industry, specializing in personal and healthcare products in Hong Kong

Location: Tsing Yi

Working days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: HKD 27 - 34K

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal control operations (JSOX) for the company and affiliated entities
• Support auditing processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Prepare documents such as flowcharts, job descriptions, RCM, and deficiency lists in Japanese
• Communicate with internal departments and external auditors to coordinate internal control measures

Requirements

• SOX or audit experience in logistics/trading companies preferred (banking audit experience not suitable)
• If no SOX/audit experience, minimum 3 years of allround accounting experience is acceptable
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio
• Native Cantonese speaker with high proficiency in English; Japanese language ability N2 level or above
