Food Factory Production Management Officer

About Company: Our client, a leading importer and exporter specializing in food distribution, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to grow sales and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the supermarket and F&B sectors. The role demands proactive client engagement, effective product promotion, and seamless coordination across teams

Location: Kwai Chung

Working hours: 6 days per week, 07:0016:00

Responsibilities

• Food processing, ingredient and inventory management
• Preparation of daily work reports (tracking production loss and productivity)
• Safety, hygiene, and quality control of production lines; product inspection
• Employee schedule management
• Identifying issues within the production line and proposing improvements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working on a food production line
• Completed Hygiene Supervisor Training Courses
• ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems Implementation Course (preferred but not required)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Native Cantonese who is able to read and write in English or Japanese
