Our client is an established financial services provider specializing in Forex (FX) solutions. They are currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven sales professional to spearhead their business expansion within the Japanese market. In this role, you will focus on B2B agent acquisition, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning to drive regional growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and explore potential agents and business partners within the Japanese FX market.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business expansion goals.
• Promote financial products and services to Japanese clients.
• Manage relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
• Participate regularly in internal weekly sales meetings to review performance and targets.
• Undertake occasional business trips to Japan 

Requirements

• Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in financial sales (Banking, Securities, Forex, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working within a Japanese corporate environment is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of Japanese (Native Japanese or near Native. Good command of English is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Outgoing, mature, highly responsible, and a collaborative team player.
• Results-oriented and aggressive in achieving sales targets.
