JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced QA Performance Architect to lead and strategize performance testing efforts for our applications and systems. This role requires deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing performance testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with JMeter, Azure Load Testing, and a strong understanding of performance engineering principles. Additionally, the candidate may contribute to QA leadership responsibilities, managing testing activities and ensuring quality standards across teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and develop performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish performance goals, benchmarks, and test plans

Design and execute performance tests using JMeter and Azure Load Testing tools.

Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks, scalability issues, and potential improvements.

Recommend and implement tools, techniques, and processes to enhance performance testing efficiency.

Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure performance requirements are integrated into the software development lifecycle.

Provide mentorship and guidance to QA testers and other team members on performance testing best practices.

Act as a point of contact for performance-related issues and solutions.

Implement monitoring solutions to capture and analyze performance metrics during testing and production.

Generate detailed performance test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive experience in performance testing and engineering, with a focus on large-scale systems.

Proficiency in JMeter and Azure Load Testing, including scripting, execution, and analysis.

Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, such as load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and analyzing system performance metrics.

Solid understanding of system architecture, including cloud-based solutions like Azure or AWS.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in performance testing.
