JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Architect with expertise in Azure integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Azure services. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, integration strategies, and a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Azure Integration: Develop and implement integration strategies between Dynamics 365 CE and Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Solution Development: Oversee the development of custom solutions, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities within Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring seamless integration with Azure services.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance and scalability, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks in the Dynamics 365 CE and Azure integration.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and development guidelines.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards, particularly in the context of Azure services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Azure integration.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and their customization.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience with data migration, data integration, and using Azure Data Factory is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
