JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior CRM Functional Consultant to support a client in the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys. This role will focus on providing functional support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for an ongoing CRM support contract.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the configuration, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
Work closely with end-users to understand business needs and resolve system issues.
Support day-to-day CRM operations, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and user assistance.
Collaborate with technical teams to recommend and implement improvements or optimizations.
Document system configurations, processes, and resolutions for future reference.
Assist in training users and providing functional guidance on CRM best practices.
Work in alignment with Middle East business hours to ensure timely client support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience as a CRM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
Ability to troubleshoot functional and user-related CRM issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a support or managed services environment is a plus.
