JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior IT Executive Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of IT strategies to support the fast-growing business requirements. This role includes overseeing the IT department, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with the organizations goals, and managing the integration of various projects into the data center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, IT strategy development, and data center operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the organizations business objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of IT initiatives to support business growth.
• Manage and optimize the IT department's performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Supervise the overall IT operations, including infrastructure, network, systems, and security.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the organization's IT systems and data centers.
• Coordinate with various departments to integrate IT systems and solutions effectively.
• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee project integration into the data center, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage the operations and maintenance of the data center, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for data center operations and security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage resource allocation, team performance, and professional development of team members.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication within the IT department and across the organization.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and control IT expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in IT management and strategy development.
• Proven experience in managing IT operations and data centers.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and IT management (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) a plus.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in IT
