JOB SUMMARY:

The Development Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of all development efforts within the D365 CE on-premise project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define technical architecture and standards

Ensure high-quality code delivery and documentation

Manage development timelines and resources

Align technical roadmap with business goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 in D365 CE

Proven track record in managing large on-premise implementations

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control (even in hybrid scenarios)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
