Data Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking two skilled Data Analysts with a strong foundation in data exploration, analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to deliver actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into data solutions.

Perform root cause analysis and assess data quality, cleansing, and mapping needs.

Design and build datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.

Create clear documentation to communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations.

Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and expectations.

Present complex data in a simplified, business-friendly manner to various stakeholders.

Generate innovative solutions to improve data accessibility and utility.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI visualization tool (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).

Mastery in:

o Data Analysis Techniques and Processes

o Data Quality (Cleansing & Mapping)

o Data Modeling

Proficiency in:

o Data Design & Ingestion

o Data Integration

o Analytical work with unstructured datasets

o Data Maturity Assessments & Strategy

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
