JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled M365 Developer to design, develop, and deploy modern collaboration solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and seamless integrations with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Viva. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in M365 development and a passion for driving digital transformation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Microsoft 365-connected components.

Develop and integrate applications across Microsoft Teams, Viva, Outlook, and SharePoint Online to enhance collaboration and workflow automation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver scalable solutions tailored to business needs.

Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing M365 applications, ensuring high performance and seamless user experience.

Adhere to governance, security, and best practices within the M365 landscape to ensure compliance and efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and modern SharePoint Online customization.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Viva, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Solid front-end development skills, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience working with REST APIs and integrating external data sources into M365 solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
