JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll (North America) and Time and Labor modules.

Configure payroll rules, earnings, deductions, and tax calculations for the US and Canada.

Support compliance with regional payroll laws and regulations.

Integrate Payroll with Time and Labor, HR, and Finance modules.

Conduct payroll testing and troubleshoot post-go-live issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

5-9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll and Time and Labor.

At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Payroll (North America).

Strong understanding of US and Canadian payroll regulations.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with payroll teams.
