JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications using the Appian BPM platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Appian platform that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Process Modeling: Create and manage complex process models, user interfaces, and integrations using Appians process modeling tools.
• Integration: Integrate Appian applications with various external systems and databases using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
• Customization: Customize Appian interfaces and functionalities to enhance user experience and ensure the application aligns with business needs.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application designs, configurations, and user guides to facilitate ongoing support and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other development team members to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver optimal solutions.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Appian applications to ensure smooth operation and address any issues that arise.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Appian development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Appian BPM suite (including SAIL, Process Modeler, and other Appian tools).
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with database management and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
