JOB SUMMARY:

The Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, focusing on the Customer Service Module and Power Apps Portal. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps Portals.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other internal and external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Develop and maintain data integration and synchronization solutions.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Implement security models, including roles, teams, and field-level security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other IT team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and project planning activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with expertise in the Customer Service Module and Power Apps Portal.
  • Strong proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365, including the use of C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as APIs and middleware.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
