JOB SUMMARY:
The F&O QA Lead with expertise in Finance and SCM is responsible for overseeing the testing of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, focusing on ensuring the quality of both financial and supply chain management modules. This role involves defining test strategies, managing the QA team, and ensuring that customizations and integrations in Finance and SCM meet business and technical requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the QA team in testing Dynamics 365 F&O implementations across Finance and SCM modules (GL, AP, AR, procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing).
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and processes covering both Finance and SCM functionalities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios for Finance and SCM processes.
- Coordinate functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for both Finance and SCM areas.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure test coverage and address any defects or gaps related to Finance and SCM.
- Manage defect tracking and ensure that issues in Finance and SCM modules are resolved prior to deployment.
- Provide regular reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk analysis across Finance and SCM functionalities.
- Lead efforts to implement test automation for critical Finance and SCM processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience in quality assurance, particularly in testing Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on both Finance and SCM modules.
- Familiarity with Finance (GL, AP, AR) and SCM processes (procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing) within F&O.
- Proven experience in managing QA teams and defining testing strategies for both Finance and SCM modules.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Microsoft Test Manager).
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
