JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SharePoint Support Consultant to provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancements for our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting users, troubleshooting SharePoint issues, and performing routine administrative tasks, as well as collaborating with internal teams to improve SharePoint-based solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day support for SharePoint users (permissions, access, issues).

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including performance, access, and integration problems.

Monitor and maintain SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online or on-premise).

Assist in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.

Support user onboarding and training for SharePoint tools and features.

Perform regular backups and data recovery procedures as needed.

Document support tickets, technical issues, and resolutions.

Collaborate with developers or IT teams for escalated issues or enhancements.

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

25 years of experience in SharePoint support or administration.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and/or SharePoint Server.

Experience with SharePoint site structure, permissions, lists, libraries, and workflows.

Familiarity with Power Automate, PowerShell, and basic troubleshooting of Office 365 apps.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-740, or similar) are a plus
