JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Power Automate RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. The developer will create and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload. This role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and support ongoing RPA maintenance and improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Workflow Development: Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and RPA solutions using Power Automate, including desktop flows and cloud flows.
  • Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and assess automation opportunities and document process flows.
  • Integration: Integrate Power Automate workflows with various Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365) and external systems using connectors, APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of automated workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance, while adhering to best practices in RPA.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Monitor and maintain automated workflows, resolve any issues or failures, and optimize for improved performance.
  • Documentation: Document RPA solutions, configurations, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and easy maintenance.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure RPA solutions comply with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements, applying access controls and best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in Power Automate RPA development, with hands-on experience in creating both desktop and cloud flows.
  • Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate, including both cloud and desktop flows.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, APIs, and connectors.
  • Experience with data management, particularly in SharePoint, SQL, and Dataverse (CDS).
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for custom integrations.
