JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in developing and optimizing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models during the development phase.

Implement solutions using DAX, Power Query, and RLS to meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with the onshore manager to understand technical and business requirements.

Provide technical support throughout the discovery and development phases, ensuring that the project progresses as planned.

Develop and test Power BI solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements.

Work closely with the onshore Power BI Manager to ensure smooth project execution.

Participate in meetings, share insights, and contribute to decision-making.

Suggest improvements to development practices and help optimize the performance of Power BI solutions.

Stay updated with new Power BI features and tools, continuously enhancing the teams capabilities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Advanced experience with Power BI development and expertise in DAX, Power Query, and RLS.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks during the development phase.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with onshore team members.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working in an offshore model is a plus.
