JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to support and optimize teams by managing cloud infrastructure, deployments, and automation processes. This role will oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), and production support to ensure system stability, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices, with experience in supporting web applications in production.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Deployment & Infrastructure Management for the Optimizely and Fullstack development teams.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment of applications.
Manage and optimize cloud environments in AWS or Azure, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and high availability.
Automate provisioning, monitoring, and scaling of infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and uptime through proactive monitoring and logging (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues related to Optimizely and Fullstack applications.
Implement and maintain containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
Enforce security best practices in cloud environments, managing IAM roles, access controls, and compliance.
Work closely with Optimizely and Fullstack developers to streamline the release management process and improve support workflows.
Act as the technical escalation point for DevOps and infrastructure-related issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Deployment Management.
Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, ECS) or Azure (VMs, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
Experience with supporting web applications (Optimizely, .NET, React.js, Node.js).
Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Experience in incident management and troubleshooting in a production support environment.
Strong collaboration skills, working with developers, support teams, and stakeholders.
