JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps and Power Automate Developer to design, build, and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, primarily PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services. The role focuses on creating solutions that enhance business processes, improve collaboration, and provide insights through custom applications and automated workflows. The developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Application Development: Develop, test, and deploy PowerApps applications, including model-driven and canvas apps, tailored to specific business needs.
  • Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Integration: Integrate PowerApps with various Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and third-party services using connectors, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
  • User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX): Design user-friendly interfaces and ensure positive user experiences within PowerApps.
  • Documentation and Training: Document processes, solutions, and workflows, and provide training sessions or guides for end-users.
  • Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain Power Platform solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates as needed.
  • Data Management: Design data structures and manage data within CDS (Common Data Service), SharePoint, and other data sources.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that applications meet data governance, security, and compliance requirements by configuring appropriate permissions and policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in PowerApps and Power Automate development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 (preferred)
  • Proficient in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Power BI integration within PowerApps for reporting and data visualization.
  • Experience with SQL, Dataverse (CDS), SharePoint, and other common data sources.
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices.
