JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Programme Architect to lead and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 solutions. This senior role will play a critical part in ensuring the solution architecture is aligned with the overall business objectives and overseeing the successful delivery of the Dynamics 365 programme. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 applications, particularly in areas such as Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement a scalable, flexible, and high-performance Dynamics 365 architecture. Ensure that the system's architecture meets functional, non-functional, and technical requirements across multiple business units.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics 365 programme, from initial planning and solution design through to implementation ensuring that the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Lead efforts to ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other business systems, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across platforms.
Develop and create standard templates for deployment across multiple regions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring that the team follows Microsoft Dynamics best practices and delivers high-quality solutions.
Work with third-party vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure that external solutions or integrations are appropriately aligned with the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable, and innovative D365 solutions.
Define and enforce best practices, architecture standards, and governance processes to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and integration models. Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing), and other business applications.
Extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, including the configuration of key modules such as General Ledger, AP/AR, and Inventory.
Proven experience in multi-country deployments, with a focus on tax localization and compliance frameworks.
Strong knowledge of data migration strategies, utilizing the Data Management Framework (DMF).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), integration technologies, and data management (ETL, APIs, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of automation and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Strong background in IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
