Appian Solutions Architect

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Solutions Architect/Solutions Design Tech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Appian solutions and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications on the Appian platform. This role requires travel onshore, so a valid passport is essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Appian-based solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Appian solutions, including development, configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in Appian best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization to ensure the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Appian solutions and related technologies.
• Travel: Willingness to travel onshore as required to collaborate with global teams and clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, components, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with Java, SQL, Web Services, and other related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables.
• Appian certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel onshore as needed.
