JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Analytics/Data Modeling Developer with experience in modern data platforms and tools to design, implement, and optimize data models for advanced analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Data Lake, Synapse Link, and Fabric, with a strong understanding of Finance module data entities. Experience developing data models for Power BI consumption and building dashboards is a significant advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data models using Azure Data Lake, Synapse Link, and Fabric.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Finance module data entities to create comprehensive and accurate datasets.

Optimize data models for seamless integration with Power BI.

Develop robust data models and structures to enable advanced analytics and reporting solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable data models.

If required, build and customize dashboards and reports in Power BI to meet organizational goals.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of data models and analytics solutions.

Implement best practices in data modeling and analytics for scalability and efficiency.

Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements.

Document data models, workflows, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Data Modeling Developer, Analytics Developer, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Synapse Link, and Fabric for data integration and modeling.

Strong knowledge of Finance module data entities and their applications in analytics.

Proficiency in developing data models for Power BI consumption.

Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools.

Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
