JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and be capable of designing, configuring, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver functional solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service to meet business needs.

Develop and execute functional designs, including workflows, business processes, and system customizations.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective integration of Dynamics CE with other systems and platforms.

Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the solution meets quality standards.

Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer post-implementation support.

Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, functionality, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) applications.

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.

Proficiency in configuring Dynamics CE features such as entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards.

Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and their integration with Dynamics CE.

Knowledge of data migration, system integrations, and security best practices within Dynamics 365.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.

Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are a plus.
