JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM to 3rd Party Payroll integrations. The ideal candidate should possess both functional and technical knowledge of payroll integrations, including employee hierarchy mappings, data transformations, and end-to-end integration processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with 3rd party payroll systems.

Analyze and interpret employee hierarchy mappings to ensure accurate payroll data transformations.

Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop integration solutions using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).

Ensure seamless data flow, accuracy, and compliance with payroll regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll integrations and data discrepancies.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for optimizing payroll integration processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, specifically payroll-related.

Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Hands-on experience with 3rd party payroll systems and payroll data mappings.

Expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON for integrations.

Functional understanding of payroll processes, employee hierarchy, and data transformations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business requirements.
