Junior Full Stack Web Developer ( AI )

Dynamicweb Asia is excited to be growing our team, and we are looking for a strong Junior Full Stack Developer to be a key part of our team. You will be able to use your strengths to build exciting and challenging Ecommerce solutions for our diverse set of customers. The Dynamicweb platform is built on .NET, using C#, Razor, Bootstrap and other frontend and backend technologies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any IT-related discipline.
• 1 - 2 years of hands-on coding experience (academic or personal projects welcome).
• Good grasp of C#, .NET, and object-oriented principles.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Razor syntax, and Web APIs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases and version control (Git).
• Curious to explore new technologies and a team-first attitude
• Familiarity with version control (Git), and an interest in learning Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. ArgoCD, GitLab)
• Comfortable working alongside AI coding assistants, and developing judgement on when to rely on, verify, or override their output

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance web applications using C#, .NET (Framework/Core), and ASP.NET.
• Design interactive interfaces with Razor Pages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Handlebars.js.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Ensure code quality through clean, efficient, and maintainable practices.
• Work with databases like SQL Server to support application functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable code and help build scalable and secure applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal systems under supervision.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude, GitLab Duo) to help write, review, and debug code, while learning to verify quality and correctness.
• Support the integration of LLM and AI capabilities into product features, such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and API/MCP-based integrations.
• Contribute actively in Agile ceremonies and team discussions.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and changes.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and best practices.

It's great if you have one or more of the following

• Some exposure to LLM APIs (e.g. Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), including basic prompt design.
• Awareness of agentic patterns, RAG pipelines, vector stores, or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Familiarity with cloud services like RDS, RabbitMQ, API Gateway, or DynamoDB.
• Containerisation and Git workflows (e.g. Docker).
