We have an exciting career opportunity in our professional services team for ERP / CRM / eCommerce / Data Science Implementation Consultants to make a substantial impact on the success of our customers and to make a rewarding career for themselves. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, installing, and supporting our unique ERP/ CRM /eCommerce  software into our clients business infrastructure. You will work directly with the customer as part of our consultant team and act as the liaison for our software and our clients business infrastructure.

Training:

You will be provided training on our ERP /CRM / eCommerce software system and implementation practices. You will receive both traditional classroom training, in-the-field shadow implementations and in-house support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support to ensure that our ERP / eCommerce software meets customers' objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge and business acumen.
• Liaise closely with customers for the business process reviews to build the as-is-business process model.
• Configure, set up and implement Microsoft Dynamics  ERP and or Dynamicweb eCommerce as per customer requirements.
• Train users on Microsoft Dynamics  ERP/CRM /Dynamciweb eCommerce and Microsoft Power BI 
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Diploma, Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Finance, or Accounting from an accredited college or university.
• 0-5 years of experience in the related field. ERP or Microsoft Power BI software exposure is highly preferred.
• Microsoft certification on AI and Data Science is also highly preferred. 

Must have a valid student or work permit for Singapore internships. Those who don't have can only apply for remote Internship
