Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in knowledge management, information management, or enterprise content/information architecture, including hands-on delivery of KM programs.
  • Demonstrable expertise in KM frameworks and methodologies (APQC, ISO 30401, SECI, KCS, or equivalent), applied in real organizational settings.
  • Proven experience designing taxonomies, metadata schemas, and content governance models.
  • Strong change management and adoption track record — moving KM from launch to sustained usage.
  • Working knowledge of AI/data foundations for knowledge systems: RAG, vector/semantic search, knowledge graphs, structured vs. unstructured data, and content preparation for LLMs.
  • Experience with KM/content platforms and enterprise search.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Science, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications (e.g., CKM, KMI, APQC) are a plus.

  • Hands-on and pragmatic; able to deliver tangible foundations within a compressed 1–2month window.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and workshop skills.
  • Clear communicator in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued for stakeholder engagement and bilingual content design.
