Role Summary

The Program Manager plans, coordinates, and monitors IT programmes to ensure structured delivery aligned with the clients governance processes and end-to-end delivery methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution across multiple concurrent IT programmes.
  • Monitor programme progress against plans, timelines, and priorities.
  • Prepare governance materials and management reporting.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation actions.
  • Coordinate with IT delivery teams to ensure compliance with the end-to-end delivery methodology and quality gates.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in programme or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.

Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is advantageous.

Success Criteria

  • Programmes delivered in accordance with agreed plans.
  • Risks and dependencies proactively managed and escalated.
  • Governance forums supported with complete and timely reporting.
  • Programme artefacts (Activity Charters, Execution Plans, SDDs, Project Closure Documents) delivered in accordance with the IT PMO E2E Delivery Methodology.
