Key requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Finance transformations, preferably migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Shared Services, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Record-to-Report processes.
  • Ability to design and document future-state ("to-be") processes aligned to Oracle Fusion best practices, minimizing customization and process exceptions.
  • Hands-on experience in business process mapping and documentation, with BPMN knowledge preferred.
  • Act as the primary business representative between Finance, Shared Services, Procurement, ICT, and the Oracle System Integrator.
  • Support the System Integrator in solution design, configuration validation, CRP workshops, and business decision-making.
  • Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenario development, test script creation, defect management, and business sign-off.
  • Support change management, training, business readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage Finance leadership, process owners, and technical teams.
  • Experience in Shared Services transformation and standardization of finance and procurement processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in large-scale ERP or transformation programmes with structured governance and stage-gate delivery.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Needs to be physically present on site in Jeddah

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years in Finance Transformation, ERP Transformation, or Shared Services Transformation.
  • Multiple Oracle Fusion Finance implementation or migration projects completed.
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or Procurement transformation.
  • Comfortable operating as a functional lead, business analyst, process architect, and testing lead within the same programme.
