Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Change Management Analyst to support the successful adoption of business, technology, process, and organizational change initiatives. The role will assess change impacts, engage stakeholders, coordinate communications and learning activities, and monitor readiness and adoption across affected user groups.

The Change Management Analyst will work closely with Change Managers, Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, communications teams, learning teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that change activities are structured, timely, measurable, and aligned with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and workstreams for transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and user-group segmentation.
  • Identify how proposed changes affect roles, processes, systems, behaviors, skills, and ways of working.
  • Maintain change plans, stakeholder registers, impact logs, readiness trackers, communication calendars, and adoption dashboards.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including interviews, workshops, focus groups, briefings, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop clear change communications, key messages, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, and leadership briefing materials.
  • Work with subject-matter experts and learning teams to identify training needs and support the preparation of learning materials.
  • Support change networks, champions, super users, and business representatives in promoting awareness and adoption.
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, readiness indicators, training participation, adoption measures, and change risks.
  • Identify resistance, adoption barriers, dependencies, and emerging issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate change activities with project milestones, release plans, deployment schedules, and operational[1]readiness requirements.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and provide evidence-based insights to change and program governance forums.
  • Support post-implementation adoption reviews, lessons learned, reinforcement activities, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change, digital transformation, technology adoption, process improvement, or related programs.
  • Practical experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, communications, and training coordination.
  • Ability to translate complex transformation information into clear, audience-appropriate communications and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize qualitative and quantitative information and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience maintaining structured change plans, trackers, dashboards, logs, and governance materials.
  • Good understanding of project delivery lifecycles and Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with reporting or survey tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government, public-sector, customer-service, or large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Exposure to technology implementations such as enterprise applications, digital platforms, cloud solutions, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of established change management approaches such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Experience with employee engagement, organizational readiness, communications campaigns, learning coordination, or benefits realization.
  • Professional certification in change management, project management, Agile delivery, communications, or a related discipline.
