SENIOR TECHNICAL BA – DATA & AI

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst – Data & AI to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for enterprise data and AI initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, AI teams, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze Data & AI business and technical requirements.
• Identify and document AI and data use cases and business objectives.
• Map data sources, data flows, interfaces, integrations, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, user stories, requirements, and product backlogs.
• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.
• Maintain requirements traceability from business needs through implementation and testing.
• Work closely with Data Architects, AI/ML teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across data and AI solutions.
• Support workshops, solution discussions, UAT, and requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role.
• Strong experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or technology projects.
• Good understanding of data sources, data flows, APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Experience preparing BRDs, user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with requirements traceability and backlog management.
• Understanding of AI/ML and data use cases is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
