We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support the execution of FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) studies and provide seamless technical handovers to the EPC phase for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, engineering, and interface management for offshore oil & gas facilities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and project specifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute process engineering activities for offshore oil & gas facilities, including process design, simulations, and optimization.
  • Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, material balances, process calculations, and datasheets.
  • Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation, civil, structural) during FEED execution.
  • Ensure process deliverables comply with ADNOC Offshore standards, project specifications, and international codes (API, ASME, ISO).
  • Participate in technical reviews, HAZID/HAZOP workshops, and risk assessments.
  • Support equipment selection, sizing, and review of vendor technical data to ensure readiness for EPC execution.
  • Prepare and review process design reports, datasheets, MTOs, and technical specifications for EPC handover.
  • Collaborate with procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure integration of process scope into EPC.
  • Address technical queries (TQs) and provide clarifications during FEED-to-EPC transition.
  • Mentor and support junior process engineers to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with ADNOC standards.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, Process, or Petroleum Engineering; master's degree preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in process engineering for offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Proven experience in FEED execution and providing technical handovers to EPC, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, equipment sizing, simulations, and offshore operations.
  • Proficiency with process engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS, HTRI, Pipesim, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of ADNOC standards, API codes, and international engineering practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical interfaces effectively.
  • Experience supporting procurement, construction, and commissioning phases is an advantage.
