Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage variations, claims, and commercial submissions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess and evaluate IFT versus IFC design changes and determine their commercial impact.
  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and variation submissions.
  • Administer lump-sum contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and manage contractual and commercial correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project costs and support commercial reporting to ensure effective cost control.
  • Coordinate with project teams to identify and evaluate changes affecting project costs and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company commercial procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Extensive experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
  • Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of variations, claims management, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
  • Sound understanding of IFT and IFC drawings and change assessment.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
