MECHANICAL BIM ENGINEER (MEP-BIM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, ELV, and street lighting systems
  
• Perform system design support including calculations, layouts, and technical reviews
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards
  
• Create and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other Autodesk tools
  
• Perform MEP modeling for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and site systems including site survey and assessment
  
• Prepare and develop MEP SDR drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
  
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD requirements, and BEP
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, and site teams
  
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
  
• Resolve clashes and participate in coordination meetings
  
• Manage model submissions, documentation, and workflows using Aconex
  
• Maintain records for IFC, SDR, shop drawings, and as-built submissions
  
• Coordinate with site teams for installation and execution activities

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
  
• 5–8 years of experience in MEP and BIM projects
  
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  
• Strong experience in MEP modeling using Autodesk tools
  
• Experience in preparation and development of MEP SDR drawings
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV systems
• Good understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and clash detection processes
  
• Experience in model submission, documentation, and Aconex management
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills
