We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong background in EPC projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing and delivering HVAC systems for industrial facilities including substations, control buildings, analyzer shelters, laboratories, cold storage rooms, workshops, and warehouses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and engineering of HVAC systems for industrial facilities in EPC projects
  • Direct Expansion (DX) systems: split units, packaged units, precision cooling
  • Chilled Water systems: AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps
  • Ventilation systems for hazardous and classified areas
  • Pressurization systems for control buildings and substations
  • Preparation of HVAC Design Basis documents
  • HVAC Specifications and Design Reports
  • HVAC Calculations including heat load, cooling load, and system sizing
  • HVAC Control Philosophy and Control Narratives
  • Cause & Effects (C&E) documentation
  • Duct and pipe sizing with pressure drop calculations
  • Interdisciplinary coordination for HVAC document preparation (Civil, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation)
  • Preparation of Material Requisitions (MRs) for HVAC equipment and materials
  • Technical Datasheets for HVAC equipment
  • Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for vendor quotations
  • Review of vendor documents and drawings

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering within EPC environments
  • Prior experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sector projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in HVAC design software (HAP, Elite HVAC, AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
  • Strong knowledge of international standards: ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IEC
  • Experience with area classification (ATEX/IECEx) HVAC design
  • Excellent technical writing and document preparation skills
  • Strong interdisciplinary coordination and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced EPC project environments with tight deadlines
