Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for landscape elements including hardscape (paving, pathways, plazas) and softscape (plants, lawns, trees, shrubs).
- Model street furniture, signage, wayfinding elements, and other site amenities.
- Coordinate landscape models with utilities, lighting, drainage, and MEP systems to ensure clash-free designs.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models for construction, installation, and maintenance purposes.
- Support coordination meetings, workshops, and interface reviews with design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Maintain version control, documentation, and accurate records of all landscape models and deliverables.
- Assist in constructability reviews and site layout planning in relation to civil and infrastructure works.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape BIM modelling for urban or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, or 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of hardscape, softscape, street furniture, and wayfinding design principles.
- Experience coordinating with utilities, lighting, and other MEP disciplines.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, BEP, and multi-discipline coordination workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
- GCC or large infrastructure project experience is preferred.
