BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - SERVICENOW - INVESTMENT (BANKING)

Role Summary

The Business Data Analyst analyses, documents, and governs conceptual data models and Information Objects across enterprise systems, maintaining the enterprise semantic standard within ServiceNow EA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse conceptual data models across enterprise systems.
• Document and manage Information Objects within ServiceNow EA.
• Maintain the Information Object glossary and conceptual data model.
• Ensure consistent use of Information Objects across governance, architecture, and solution design.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and data governance teams to align enterprise semantic standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, enterprise architecture support, or data management.

Preferred / Advantageous

• Hands-on ServiceNow EA experience (strongly preferred).
• Investment management or financial services exposure.
