ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models at LOD 400 and LOD 500 for complex building projects
• Produce detailed construction-ready BIM outputs, including coordinated drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs
• Ensure accurate integration of architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models
• Prepare and manage COBie deliverables, ensuring compliance with project and client data standards
• Support clash detection processes and collaborate with project teams to resolve model conflicts
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and field conditions
• Maintain BIM documentation, workflows, and model quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and adhering to project-specific BIM protocols
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and constructability

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an architectural BIM modeler or similar role
• Strong proficiency in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling workflows
• Hands-on experience in creating and delivering COBie datasets
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building systems
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong coordination skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in project teams
• Diploma or degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related discipline
