Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed structural BIM models for infrastructure and underground structures using Revit and other BIM software.
  • Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Model reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate structural BIM models with civil, architectural, MEP, and utility disciplines.
  • Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary review meetings.
  • Update and maintain BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
  • Extract quantities and support quantity take-offs from BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company BIM standards, and client requirements.
  • Support engineering and site teams by providing accurate model-based solutions and technical detailing.
  • Maintain organized records of BIM models, drawings, revisions, RFIs, and coordination reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler on infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in bridges, roads, tunnels, underground structures, underground tanks, chambers, culverts, retaining structures, and other transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks; experience with Civil 3D and BIM 360/ACC is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of BIM coordination processes, clash detection, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to prepare accurate structural drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with international design and drafting standards.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
