We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep knowledge of HCM modules, and experience in Oracle Cloud deployments. They will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and industry standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Oracle consultants, and external vendors.
- Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions and ensure alignment between technical teams and HR functions.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for successful system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption and user training.
- Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure successful data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and optimize processes post-implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data security regulations, and company policies.
- Establish governance frameworks for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project health and business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM project management.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects in large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and Integrations is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with C-level executives, HR leaders, and IT teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Certifications (preferred): Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management Certification
