Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled Change Management Expert to lead and execute the change management stream of our 5-year technology strategy.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of transformation initiatives by engaging stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and promoting a continuous improvement culture across the bank.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Change Narrative Development: Draft and articulate compelling change stories to engage and activate stakeholders across the bank.
- Communication Planning: Develop and implement clear communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of transformation initiatives.
- Change Champions: Identify and empower change champions within the organization to drive engagement and influence at all levels.
- Bank-Wide Change Management: Lead and coordinate change management activities across the bank to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with the overall strategy.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to adapt and evolve with the transformation journey.
- Operating Model Support: Assist in designing and executing the target operating model to enable streamlined processes and efficient delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technology leaders to address concerns, gather feedback, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
- Impact Measurement: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts, ensuring goals are met and areas for improvement are identified.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing technology transformation projects with a focus on
- change management in the financial industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related
- field. A Masters degree or certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven expertise in driving large-scale change management initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to craft compelling narratives.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in identifying and working with change champions.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on change management success.
