PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Junior Pipeline Stress Engineer will be responsible for performing stress analysis on pipeline systems within the FEED phase of Oil & Gas projects. The role is crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of pipeline designs, specifically for projects associated with ADNOC. This position requires immediate availability and a strong background in CAESAR software to meet the technical demands of the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct pipeline stress analysis using CAESAR II to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Analyze the effects of thermal, seismic, and other load conditions on pipeline systems.
  • Review and validate design calculations, stress models, and piping layouts.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams during the FEED phase to ensure pipeline integrity and operability.
  • Provide technical support to the project team for resolving stress-related issues during the engineering and design phases.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, guidelines, and industry best practices in pipeline stress design.
  • Prepare and present stress analysis reports to senior engineers and project stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline stress analysis, preferably within EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proficiency in CAESAR II is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC standards and regulations is highly preferred.
  • Candidates must be immediately available in the UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
