Position Purpose - The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company in all aspects of sales operations. This includes data analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the VP Operations and the sales team to ensure that the company's goals are met and exceeded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts, and associate reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide support and guidance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of systems and processes.
  • Identify and recommend new sales tools and technologies.
  • Work across the organization to ensure proper information flow.
  • Manage the deal sheet/client contract validation process.
  • Analyze and manage placement endings ensuring D&R is compliant and work closely with the HR team.
  • Review SALES agreements, Contracts and Proposals to ensure the terms and conditions are aligned with the company standards.
  • Manage the registration of the company in the Clients and Prospects portals.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

We do expect that you do have the experiences/ behaviors below:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with sales management software and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
