ORACLE FUSION HCM TECHNICAL LEAD

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead to spearhead the technical delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Fusion HCM technical components, including integrations, data migration, reporting, extensions, and security configurations. The role also demands experience in working with functional teams and end customers to convert business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Delivery:

• Lead the development and delivery of technical components for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including:
• Data Migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
• Inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Web Services, and BIP Reports.
• Custom reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Personalizations, Fast Formulas, and Extensions as needed.
• Workflows, BI Reports, OTBI Reports, FAW, Dashboards
• OIC
• Review and validate technical designs, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.

Project Management Support:

• Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical workstreams with the overall project plan.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Manage and mentor offshore technical teams to ensure timely delivery of technical objects.

Client and Functional Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with functional leads to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Attend design workshops to advise on technical feasibility.
• Work with client IT teams to align on data migration, integration design, and security compliance.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and review unit test cases for all technical objects.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

Post Go-Live Support:

• Provide technical support during hypercare.
• Document technical processes, design decisions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Recommend improvements for ongoing system enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical delivery.
• Expertise in:
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Reports development using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Fusion HCM Security (Roles, Data Security, Segregation of Duties).
• Hands-on experience in managing integrations with third-party systems (Payroll providers, Banks, Regulatory systems like MOHRE, GOSI, etc. in UAE/GCC).
• Strong understanding of Fusion HCM data model and Oracle Cloud architecture.
• Experience in supporting multi-country rollouts in the Middle East is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
