ORACLE FUSION HCM TECHNICAL LEAD

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead to drive the technical design, development, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM architecture, technical configurations, data migrations, and integrations. They will collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to implement and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM systems that meet organizational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices, system configurations, and customizations for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Develop and implement technical roadmaps for Oracle HCM modules.
• Oversee the design and development of reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Build and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications using tools such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Fast Formulas.
• Develop custom applications, extensions, and automation scripts to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure smooth data migration, transformation, and validation from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide development teams and mentor junior technical consultants.
• Ensure data security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage patching, upgrades, and performance tuning to maintain system stability.
• Establish governance standards for change management and system enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 10+ years in Oracle HCM development, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, PBL, and Fast Formulas.
• Experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware integration.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to work with HR, IT, and project teams.
• Certifications (Preferred): Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Certification, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification
