PLANNING ENGINEERS (MID AND SENIOR)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, and delay analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare resource planning, cost loading, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.
• Perform risk analysis and propose corrective measures to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with commercial and site teams for effective coordination and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports.
  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the GCC, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in contracting companies; must have worked with reputable construction firms in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
• Excellent knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis, and cost control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead planning activities.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
